Bad customer service from call centre

Good day, firstly if I was paying a cent to my account then I can be hounded down like a *****, for the mere fact I do make payments I should be left alone from the harassments the Call Centre Agents have been giving me from the beginning of December 2023. They are full off attitude and just want to fight over the phone. These call Centre Agents, seriously need training on proper phone etiquette and customer service delivery. Always think first, before been rude over the telephone, you have no idea what the next person has been through, or what they are going through currently.........
