Bad Customer Service From a store manager

Bought a Cellphone at Truworths Southgate after being convinced by the consultants on Wednesday 25th January, On arrival at home i realized it was not what i expected so on the 26th i tried to take it back or rather exchange it for another phone....But unfortunately for me the store manager by the name of Cynthia wouldn't have it. without any proper explanation why she wouldn't take it back because it was hardly 48 hours since i had bought it and the return policy on the receipt didn't say anything about not returning a phone. She had a very very bad attitude, She refused to give me her surname and she was Just so hostile with a very unfriendly facial expression.
