Bad customer service.

Bought a phone on the 20th December, phone stopped working on the 21st, took it to Truworths Key West, was told they can't help I need to take it back where I bought it. Since when you can't exchange items at your nearest store, I'm travelling I won't be able to go back where I bought it and their policy stipulates items have to be returned within 7 days of sale. Bad service as staff is just lazy to do their job and inconveniencing customers. I won't be able to go to the store within 7 days, which means I'm ****ed up by someone lazy to do their job.
