Bad customer service

I would like to bring to your attention that I received a call from one of your agents regarding my account yesterday.

I answered her questions and was still speaking to her and shep dropped the call while talking.

This morning I received a call again and before we could properly engage she dropped the call again.

Very unprofessional.
