BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

To whom it may concern.

I am writing this to express my deepest disappointment in the way truworths their store staff and management at Sammy Marks conduct business, I have never felt like a ***** in a store before but what i got at Sammy Marks today as a customer that wanted just an exchange for a smaller size of a gift(blazer) i got, I mean all i wanted was to exchange yes i lost the receipt but all i want is an exchange for a smell size that's it, even if i pay more i dont mind all i wanted was an exchange but I was abused and ill-treatment that made Me to never even want to wear or buy anything from truwords ever again even the gift i wanted to exchange I LEFT IT IN THE STORE WITH THEM. I always asked my self why they were making so bad now I know they dont take care of us customers and they make sure that we dont come back

I am extremely dissapointed with my experience at Truworths Sammy Marks purely because i got a gift (blazer) that was a size bigger and all i wanted was just a size smaller but was treated like a theaf starting from a guy that never even wanted to tell me his name when i asked so i can know the person thas was assisting me to be told that the staff is not allowed to give names only a manager can give names of the staff to customers even when the manager came i got the very same ticket to never return or even wear anything that's associated with truworths. I will never buy or wear anything from there and would like them to re sell my blazer to recover from their stock loss cause its clear that they a straggling I have been in retail my whole life and never treated a customer like that not even my team would do such... times are tough and other businesses need all the help they can get to operate but this one is sure doing great that they resort to chasing customers away
