Bad Customer Service! Dissatisfied A25 5G buyer!

I bought a new Samsung A25 5G cellphone on Tuesday using my Truworths card, and as soon as I got home it started giving me problems. The battery was at 40% and it went down at a very alarming rate, I charged it and took forever to get full, had to charge it overnight. The next day it was overheating and the battery was going down as if I never charged it, I wanted to return it that Wednesday but got held up at work. It continued with overheating and loss of network until I was able to return it on Friday(same week) after work. To my dismay, Truworths refused to give me a new phone but I was told they will book it for 2 full weeks and I was left phoneless, I mean what kind of circus is this? What happened to the 7 days return policy? I do not have a phone now and had to use my sister's account to lay a complaint! I am very dissatisfied with the kind of service I received! I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE!!!! It's either I get a new phone or cancel the whole thing!!!
