Bad customer service

This is the 3rd time i tried to buy a jacket from truworths and still its so frustrating They either have no stock online or their portal is broken and make you drive all the way to the store and find out theres no stock. Last time i raised this issue the area manager made it seem like i was being dishonest and wanted a freebie.
