Bad customer service

I'm not happy with the service that I received from truworths menlyn staff members and Management of that store they have a bad service I wanted to laybye kids clothes which was on 30% promotion since I'm a customer I didn't know that u can not laybye items that are on promotion since there is no sign that alert us as customers
