Bad customer service

Bad customer service, at Truworths Westgate mall. I'm pregnant and I'm due in 6 days I was forced to go stand in a long queue just to get a gown . The manager was so mean and and told me that pregnancy is not a disability nor a sickness and yet she doesn't even know me and knows nothing about my health. I will never shop at that store ever again .
