Bad customer service

Hi i would like to lay a complaint on Truworths at attlyn. I bought shoes from their shop and i bought the shoes whilst they were dirty.The lady did not write on the slip that the shoes were dirty. When i got home i fitted the shoes and the shoes were too big i returned the shoes to the shop the supervisor told me that the shoes cannot be returned because they looked dirty underneath and they looked worn. The shoes were never worn and was only fitted once if they did not check the shoes when they left the store why should i be held liable for the shoes when returned. I had to buy a new pair of shoes because i was going somewhere and now am sitting with another pair of shoes that i don't need The supervisor gave me attitude and i would like this issue to be sorted out please.
