Bad customer service at truworths Rosebank

I went to truworths Rosebank this morning To get a cell phone from my mum first of all when I walked into the door one of the staff members walked me out of my way never mind if you are customer she was a older lady so I don't mind that just kept on walking when I got to cell phone counter I've been waiting more than 5 minutes for assistance !! staff members are standing talking to each other and on the cell phones I had to raise my voice for assistance when the lady actually got to me does not greet or apologize ask me what phone I want with the attitude when I showed her the phone she's explaining to me the phone next to that phone has a fingerprint the cost 1,200 more end up saying to her only want this phone then she takes out the expensive phone I had to repeat myself three times I do not want that phone this has become the second time that this has happened to me in the same shop .. in the last 2 years I have spend more than 12000 rand at this branch when I got to the counter I got my green ID book driver's licence that they do not take my ID card got left in the uber I app**** for a few times but it takes time at home affairs my green ID book is still valid the only thing the pages are very loose because it's a old book when they went to ask for authorisation by the manager he just refused but in the last few times I'm buying for 4,000 rand approve the transaction he was there a few times when I was spending 12000 then he was accepting when I'm busy buying but what is really a concern he doesn't even come to you and explain it to you I've had to go to him he couldn't even face me I got very angry swear them and walked out Shop now I only want to close this account but you can order online you can order for delivery but when you spending your time your petrol to go to a branch this is the lovely customer service that you get from this people I'm a person like that I will not support someone like this again pay of this account quick as possible close it can specially not deal with management that they think they are owners of the shop
