Bad customer service at TRUWORTH

I am an account holder at truworth, on the 19th I went to pay my account. Then I had to some few items but the system declined, I knew that the account was blocked because it was on arrears. I asked the store manager to contact the head office to unblock my account, the manager refused, I never experienced that kind of customer service especially from the manager, he was so rude to me with Negetive attitude. I had to contact the head office on my own and the head office unblocked my account. I came back to him telling what he refused to do which is to contact head office, I actually contacted it and my account is unlocked, now I am able to buy, the gentleman did not see anything wrong, he never thought it is important for him to apologize. I asked the number of the area Manager again with his stink attitude he refused to give it to me. All I wanted is to buy at truworth without any drama, and I believe that store managers are there to assist customers who need assistance and they should be professional
