Bad customer service at Rosebank Truworths

I went back to truworths Rosebank this morning To get the cell phone for my mum first l had to stop at the police station the to get a stamp for my copy of my ID I explained to the officer what happen in truworths he he explained get clear tape to fix your ide there's nothing wrong with your ID book I went to the bank to get Statement of proof of address I gave the bank employee the same ide book and nothing stop me for getting cash and statement from the bank so how can manager !!! at truworths Rosebank to stop me for getting cell phone after spending lots of money in this branch and have account for 5 years .. I close most of my accounts only to keep truworths account for stuff my mum likes to buy there .. This has cost me extra 2days of my leave and time am on holiday for week and transport ubers home back Rosebank police station cost me 300 rand... the big boss manager when I got back to the truworths 1 pm the big boss manager sitting in his office so I asked one of the employees to get me the cell phone Halfway through the transaction he comes out of the office stand next to the cashier have nothing to say not even good day good afternoon Gows back to his office and sent out his floor manager to app my cell phone worst service ever in my life clearly truworths do not need me as a customer or my mother my sister and mother-in-law customer service have send me email we will get manager to call you noted and nothing happened good luck shopping at truworths Rosebank I will never ever ever go back
