Bad customer service and false advertising

Yesterday the 11/10/22 I visited Truworths Mall of the South I purchased Revlon A/DEF FIR Caramel at R319.00 which is the original price and it was displayed as being on sale where you get R90. 00 off, meaning I was supposed to pay R229.00 but I paid the full price. The consultant who was assisting us found that it was not loaded on the system so it didn't reflect on my transaction. She went to ask her superior who told her that the discount was app****. Stop treating customers like idiots if you put an item on sale let it be sold for that amount.
