Bad customer service and attitude

I went to refund something I bought with a debit card. The cashier by the name of Precious said she doesn’t have money, mind you there are other cashiers, she said I must wait and refused to call the manager. She called some lousy person that looked like a colleague of some sort, she dint give a hood and said I will wait and moved away without even greeting. 2nd time same branch, you must train the people that you take from the street, I wanted to buy something else, I ended up leaving it and going to foschini. This is sad, especially taking into consideration that you are serving black people, and disrespecting them at the same time. What is sad is that they asked me for a credit card that I don’t have because they want to put money in a credit card and don’t want to give me cash. The sad part is that it’s my money that they are refusing to give to me. Were they expecting me to open a credit card account so that they can refund me? This day and age customer service is of importance, I will never again walk into a store tha disrespect me, that where I draw the line, you lost a loyal customer.
