Bad customer service

I really love Truworths. Mostly I do my shopping at Prominade store. Customer service has been blissful there until today 22December2023. There is a loud African lady with a short hair. I think she was in teller number 4 from left. All tellers were assisting customers with a soft friendly voice. She was not friendly, very loud and responding in a rude way. Not in so many words but her attitude was stinking. I was happy with everyone except that teller. Please Tru Prominade store, we love shopping there since it is convenient for us but we expect consultants to value their job and give good customer service.
