Bad Customer Service

Very Bad customer service Good Day!

I will like to report Very Bad and Crowell Service I got from Jet Wonderpark. Woman's day (9th August) had an even went to buy something I can wear . I went to Crossing Mall in Soshanguve as I was on my way to Mabopane to drop my kids.

I got a very nice out fit I loved it, someday when I came back less done 8 hour I realize that the pants was pilling off,as I didn't have time to return it. On the 15th August was going to wonderpark to grap few stuff I took the trouser and slip.

Got to wonderpark Jet been Bubbly, was not looking for refund exchange or even voucher will do,as me and my Husband was approaching the till,we both greeted a lady (By the Name of Sinah)with my kindness I explained to her then she slowly put her hands on the counter and rested her elbows and upper body on the counter then she started laughing, the I asked her "Sisters what's wrong". Her reply,"Eish I don't know what to Say to you,"Then I asked what ? with a calm mood ,then she sad why didn't I go to and return that trouser to Soshanguve Crossing Jet, I didn't even wait for her to explain I took the trouser and slip went ,My Husband kept asking her what it we bought it in Cape Town that means we should go and return in Cape Town,I called my Husband so we can leave ,and for so many years him been in TFG company for flexi to Manager,In Wonderboom, and Sammy and Some stores in Cotton On when was open years back he knew his right.

Can I be an advocate to those Black people from Soshanguve been taken for granted when they want yo exchange or anything, I bet that was not her attempt Or even if it was unfortunately she did to a wrong person. I find her service Black to Black person been cruel even if she the manager or what ,she must always remember that's NOT HER STORE she's employed same as other employees, and she's serving community in a big branded and recognized store.

I call head office immediately guess what she even told them lies saying they trying to call me my phone it's not going through, that's a very pure and dirty lies. For the information I still have that trouser, No longer need voucher I need my Money and I'm still waiting for a call for Jet Wonderpark to return even now nothing.

I would like the matter to be dealt with,and reported back to me.
