Bad customer service

Truworths online store and their courier are ****mers.

I made an online order selected Truworths store collection point. The courier called me to confirm the delivery and I informed the courier that the parcel will be collected at the store in Century city. To my surprise when I went to store to collect my parcel I was told that my parcel has been delivered to a certain address and someone signed for it. I called courier and the courier informed me that the parcel was delivered at Truworths store in Century city and the receiving clerk signed for the parcel. I called online they told me that the parcel was delivered to Century city store. The guy was assisting me at store seems un interested and when I asked him about the way forward he said he does not know. I am so disappointed with Truworths it was my first time placing an online order but the experience sucks I am definitely not recommending Truworths store to anyone if you don't want stress stay away from unfriendly and unreliable truworths online store.
