Bad customer service
I have been put to credit bureau by Truworth for an error that was made by their account department in 2019 up until thus day my. Ame was never removed and my credit profile remains treaterned. However my Truworth account shows that it is opened under the Truworth books but cannot buy or use it but they Want me to pay the 2019 amount of R656 that I don't owe at all. My humble request is to continue using my account like I use to but the arrogance of Truworth consultants is so irritating in that they don't listen to the customers side of the story they just wanna punish the customers.I want my name removed on credit bureau and continue using my account.

My amount that Truworth wants me to pay is the amount generated from errors that was wrongly charged on my account and that mistake is on the side of their account department and since 2019 my name is sitting under credit bureau books because of them account department negligence and now they don't wanna remove my name while the 2019 account remains open in their books. What is happening with Truworth not doing things legally and according to law.
