Bad customer service

They have cancelled my online order and refunded back my money but after a month they still deduct my money in my account . I have called the customer care line for assistance and went back to Riverwalkmall still no one called me no refund. I gave them all the documents they asked. Why did they deduct my money in my account yet i did not get the order.
