Bad Customer service

Wow firts time I experience service like this.... I know that I am a month behind on my installment, I did made an arrangement to pay extra but unforeseen circumstances happened and i could not pay extra, however i still pay the normal installment. So I received a phonecall from truworths (talked to a Portia) and she was so extremely rude first time in 2 years that i received service like this i was still talking and she just wanted to end the call i tried to make the arrangements but she kept interrupting me when i asked for her name she didn’t want to give it to me i asked like 10times before i got a name, previously when someone phoned me they would normally say , thank you for your payment received but.... not this time, she talked to me as if im a very bad client even though i did explain my financial position to her and i told her what happened i talked calmly because thats the service im used to, but in return i received an attitude. Not what im used to at all!!! very disappointing
