Bad customer service

My name is Thandekile Nene I have a clothing account with Truworths my account number is *** I paid R400 on 30th May 2020 which is still not allocated to my account. After calling and sending emails for proof of payment to their collections department and to a consultant by the name of N MTINTELWA but no response till this day. I'm very disappointed with Truworths bad customer service I can't wait to finish paying off their account and close it. They are very unprofessional and don't care about their customers.
