bad customer service
me and my husband got to Heidelberg mall 15minutes before the shop close and one of the ladies by the name of mamkiti said to the security \bayanyanyisa labantu abafika ngalesikhathi"which translate to \""they disgust me this people that come in at this time\"" I do not like what she said that bad customer service. I was a customer and I was treated badly to a state that I would never go back to that shop"
