Bad Customer Service
I purchased a 5pack of men's underwear from Truworths N1 City around 10am and at 12 pm same day then I realized it's the wrong make, so I went to Truworths at Vangate Mall to request an exchange. The Supervisor Veronica who was assisting me didn't even want to listen to me told me I can't return underwear even though I'm explaining it was purchased a few hours. What bothers me the most that I have been a loyal customer to them and I have never missed any payments from my account.

16 Feb 2021, 15:44The transaction happened the same day so it does not make any sense to me that you cannot assist. It's clearly that Truworths does not value its customers and I will be closing my account and never shopping at the store again in future
