Bad customer service

I am back again and for the third time don't get any response from Truworth retail store Headoffice and I am a frustrated customer that is been listed in 2024 for an error that was entered wrongly by their financial account department customer service. The error entered in 2019 and stay unresolved even though I was allowed to use my account since 2019 and remains open.
