Bad customer service

Truworths onlne order department has the poorest service , thats why the revenue of the company dropped because how we are treated as customer,

i place an order 3 weeks ago and it has been saying on the way to the customer for too long, i made a call and the guy name Unathi from online firstly refused to give me his surname , what kind of customer service urgent is that and also refused to transfere me to his manager he kept saying they are all in the meeting and i asked what can be done hi then says there is nothing he can do to assist me

this is worse treatment considering that i have been a good customer to this store for more than 10 years
