Bad customer service.

The manager is very rude. She did not even greet us. She refused to refund the passed that where bought less than a week ago saying that they were not inba good condition. Firstly she complained about the tag nit being on the pants after i told her that when i bought the pants the tag was not attached. Secondly she complained about the slip having different sizes.. Still how is that even my fault? She then further said the consultant must have done the sale manually. Still not even a apology. The staff in truworths are negligent when making sales then at the end of the day customers are suppose to unswer questions that we dont know. She also imp**** that the pants where won and they dont smell fresh like the clothes that are in the store. I asked her to bring me the same pants that i had bought to see the diffrents that she is reffering to.. But still failed to do that. She bought me different pants. I am not even sure if i still want to continue shopping there anymore. I
