Bad customer service
I bought a Buren Ladies watch at Truworths Gateway , the belt of the watch is now damaged so I decided to take it to the closest Truworths which is Southgate ( 25 April 2019).... I got to Southgate and I was told to go to Truworths the Glen, as they could not take it in because they were not on the suppliers list and this would take almost 2 months for me to get my watch back. I went to the Truworths the Glen and I was told that they could not help me because the manufacturer does not replace belts but deals with mechanical issues, I should take it to a jewellery shop around the corner . So why are we buying staff and then get stranded when we have to get them repaired, this is a great inconvenience to customers .

Our Returns Policy allows a return or exchange on fine jewelry, which includes watches within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the original invoice or gift receipt is presented on return as proof of purchase.
However, in cases where a manufacturing fault is suspected, the item may be returned within six months from the date of purchase, and would need to be assessed.
Upon liaising with the Management at the mentioned store, we have been informed that the Store manager has been in contact with you, and an arrangement has been made for you to return to the store with the watch in order for it to be sent for an assessment.
