Bad customer service
I went make up shopping with my mom and sister at Truworth in Forest Hill mall Heuweloord in Centurion. The lady by the name of Mathapelo who works in the make up section aas entirely rude and even showes signs of violence towards my mother. The only thing we needed was assistance with the make up shades but she had no interest in helping. I even asked for the manager his name is Ellon but it seemed as though he was scared of his employee. We left the shop without any apology from Mathapelo and the supervisor Ellon was totally unable to resolve the issue.
I am very displeased with the service we received.
