BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I am very disappointed with treatment I have got from Truworths Sandton. On Monday morning I went to Truworths Sandton to purchase some make-up, as usual there was no-one at the Clarins counter, the other ladies we were around could not have been bothered about assisting me, they were putting on their morning make-up and chatting up a storm as usual...<br> <br> The Manager, who when I explained the situation was not bothered at all.!!!!.. No surprise there. I then phoned the Area Manager on the same Monday, she was travelling out of the country and she assured me that the Store Manager would call me the next day, which he didn't , I eventually got hold of him late Tuesday afternoon, explained my story and was assured that they would call me with a resolution the next day.... This as not happened!! surprise surprise, I even called the Truworths call centre to lodge a complaint and no-one has bothered to call me or apologise. I WILLL NEVER shop again at this useless retail store! I have been a loyal customer for many years and this is how I get treated.<br> <br> Truworths has ALOT to learn about customer service and how customers are treated.!!!!!! Truly Disgusted!!!
