Bad customer service

Truworths return police is pethetic it’s very very bad I’m forever at work I bout a jean on the 23 of april Nd today is the 25 of May but I can’t return it because of its terms and conditions I sent my mom to return it cause I’m forever at work they told her they can’t help cause it’s an account and I understand however I only got a chance today to return and it’s late please do something update or change your return policy this 30 days is not working for some of us who are forever at work I’m seriously dissapointed by Mapule the manager please go back and learn customer service on how to treat customers
