Bad customer service 🤮🤮🤮

Poor customer service from Truworths Mall of the South, I purchased a mobile device (Huawei Y70 ) on 06/09/2023 and it gave me problems and returned it to the store on the 5th of September, which i never recieved a feedback from the store and had to go there myself and the manager had an attitude which I told her that I don’t want that phone anymore . I would urge my fellow customers and all my friends to not buy from that store because of the bad service from the manager. All I wanted was a good customer experience and a good functioning phone.
