Bad customer service
<p>I bought a dress at maponya mall at truworths on the 1st October 2016. I worn it once then I realized that the stitching was not right on the shoulder. Today I returned it to Eyethu mall and I was told to exchange then unfortunately there was not that kind of dress so I was told that I can't return as she can't just trust any customer that comes to the store by the store manager Nozuko. She told me that she wont return it as she is not sure that it was a fault from the manufacturing or I did it .</p>

We were concerned to read of your recent experience at our store and immediately escalated this matter to the Area Manager.
We acknowledge that you were correctly informed that, should the manager not be able to identify the fault in store; the garment would need to be sent to our Head Office for a Quality Assessment.
Subsequent to your post, the assessment has been concluded and we believe that a refund on the garment was authorized and provided to you.
