Bad customer service

Bunch of *********** employees ever travel 14 kilometres to get my online order at Cape Town CBD Adderley street that I waited for more than 3 weeks..only to be told when I called in it was delivered no sms or phone call was given.visited the branch only to be told that I cannot get my order bcz I didn’t brought myID with .but I did not get any notification nor on their eCommerce page even had to call on for order number.
