Bad customer service

Ordered clothes on the 25th of January I chose store collection since I’m not at home I traveled to another province firstly I did not even receive an sms stating that my package is ready for collection I had to call their customer service and do a follow up only to find out my package has received Thruworths’s at Dobsonville mall sent my little brother to collect it for me since I’m out of the province sent him the order number and he took my id along with him only to be told I must come collect it myself and those clothes are for my son who is in creche for Valentine’s Day I will only be back next month
