Bad customer experience

On the 7th of may I have walked into Truworths Kerk street CBD drying my lunch I have seen a nice pink dress amount of R320 and their was a tag on for 50 percent off....I then walked to the line to pay a lady called Sindile (manager) of the stored then stop me like always and said you not Gona get 50 percent off u Gona pay the price of R320 we did not take the tags off...I then said no way you guys keep saying we forgot I to take the sells off...I then said call ur regional manager because this lady manager does not have customer service nor communication skills.after 30 minutes with the call with the regional manager she comes out laughing she said no u must pay R320...imagine not a sorry or let me see what I can do nothing...oh and yes you can put the store on hello Peter nothing will happen to me I then walked out very disappointed and 2 other customers came and said this is so unprofessional it also happen to them....this is not the first time that same manager give me that attitude the 3rd time...
