Bad customer care from Truworths

I am very disappointment with the kind of treatment from Truworths. The harassment I am getting even after making the necessary arrangements. They keep on calling me every hour it is really unacceptable! It is even useless to even make an arrangement if they are going to keep on calling like this. It is nothing but frustrating.
