Bad customer care!!!!!

Bad experience ever. Truworths treats us as *******. They are able to take our money every month end but when we want to buy for our kids we gets asked questions as If we are *****ing. I spoke to a rude lady who forces to speak Xhosa with me and I couldn't understand a thing she was saying. Instead of hearing me out and explaining properly to me she was rude and transferred me to someone else instead of finishing the whole process with me. Her name is Zini from Cape town head office. I'm not happy at all. I'm thinking of closing my acc and go to where I will get better service and appreciated. Everytime Truworths does something whenever I want to buy for over R2500 and I get told my details are not correct yet I have been using the account for years and years.
