Bad Credit Practice

I missed one payment on my Truworts account on the 29th of last month. Since then I have received no fewer than 3 threatening emails to hand me over to collection agencies and blacklist me, and an additional email saying i have till the 7th of NEXT month to pay the account. This morning my fiance received a call from Truworths demanding to speak to me, refusing to say which company it is and generally being unprofessionally rude.

I am not millions in the arrears. I am not Juju commiting tax *****. Truworths will not go bankrupt becase my account is 14 days in the arrears. I will not run the border to avoid paying you. I will not declare bankruptancy.

Further more I did email to the collections department that I am aware of the account and I have made provision to pay it, but to please STOP harrasing me. This is by law a legal notice to any a company to stop communication of the debt. Further communication is then harrasment and can be taken to court.

If you are struggling to find debt collectors with the right practices and experience please call me? I can definitely supply you with a product to assist with this.
