Bad Costumer Service

Worse experience with Truworths costumer services, my information on the ITC is incorrect and no one seems to be able to assist me with correcting this. But what shocked me today I request to chat to a manger or supervisor and she refused to chat to me. The agent first said she (Pamela) can't assist after I insisted then wasn't available "shocking". All she could do is just listen to the client (Me) and advise or try a rectify my issue. Horrible experience
