Bad Communication and Assistance
I have e mailed services at Truworths twice and the last e mail was 4 days ago, with no response. I have asked for a final balance and the closing of the account ! I also askwd for an update on my credit profile and a letter that the account has been paid up and closed, up to now i have received no response. My son tried to assist me, but very rudely he was dismissed, i have difficulty in speaking and understanding English and thus my son tried to help me, i want this account closed abd a final amount given to me so i can pay it and i want a paid up letter stating that the balance is 0.00 and my credit profile updated that account is closed with a 0.00 balance

What is this amount of R 120 due ? I paid my Installment for August R 120. The R 388.94 is the outstanding balance which i payed yesterday. This leaves the account with R 49 over my credit available of R 4749.
Please check your records, i want this account closed and updated on my credit report and a settlement letter. You cant have a balance of R 388.94 which is outstanding and then demand another payment of R 120 up and above the balance owing of R 388.94. What are you trying to do ? Rip me off ?? I have payed for August and September balance is R 388.94 which i payed !
