Bad business practice

My account was due on the 2nd April 2023 and I made my payment on the 2nd EFT was done via FNB Payment.For the past 2 weeks I'm receiving countless phone calls and SMS reminders that my account is in arrears for none payment.I send them proof of payment but still receives calls and SMS herassing me and still no reply received from their accounts department regarding my payment.
