Bad, bad , bad service

Today I called a truworths customer care, I spoke to the lady by the name Nathi I was just asking a simple questions, when is the new statement going to be updated on my account , but I guess I was speaking to a person who doesn’t know what she doing, she kept on telling me about the billing cycle , she must just learn to answer what she has been asked , because of that she became petty about situation and end up asking me 100 security questions the only question that was left for him to ask me was how old am I , I believe she didn’t get enough training because if she knew the meaning of customer care I guess I won’t be complaining on hello Peter , bad, bad, bad services.
