Bad attituted

27 November 2015 I send my fonefor software upgrade at Truworths lady from cellfone count Shantall check the phone signed the form and I also signed.She said she will call me when the fine is ready.When I went back to check if the gone is ready she said said shes waiting for an email from MTN.I end up calling head office but no help.They said it was broken but what suprizing we check the fine and signed the form confermed that everything is fine even manager Thembela said they dont accept a broken.Now they force me to pay R340 in order to get my phone.I have proof that my fine was not broken.Shantall broke my fine so the want me to pay.I need my fine back as it was.At head office I spoke to Shavon she take Shantall side ande said I must pay .Now they if I dnt pay this money end of the month I will loose my phone please help from this *****es
