Bad Attitude via Call Center

Hi, i had a problem with a Lady who called me on 13/02/2021 around 9:40 from this number *** its custumer call center her name is Johanna from Truworths, she was very Rude and also told me she will have to educate me first, like i was stupid or something to understand what she was saying, so please can you help me on this matter?
