Bad attitude towards customers.
Since when are customers not allowed to take a picture of something they like for referencing to it later? For a retail person to stick his hand in front of your phone, speak to a customer rudely and then telling the customer to go out if they want yo take a picture is unacceptable to me! It clearly shows that the customer service is lacking and has cost Truworths a sale. Is this the service we can expect from all your staff?

The service described in your post is not in line with our high service standards as our store staff are required to always address our customers in a professional manner. We have contacted the Manager of the store mentioned in your post who will address your concerns with the relevant staff member.
