Bad attitude returning demaged good
Good day

i send a complain email to Truworths on the 13.07.2015 and no one cares or just have the decency to call and find out whats happening at their stores. i went to Truworths and bought underwear's beautiful and am loving them for me and my daughter. however they put alarms on the underwear. i am aware of the rule you can return underwear but my case was different. when this lady removed the alarm she was so rough their was a whole right in the middle. i didn't notice. when i wear one and washed it i then notice there's a whole then i went and checked the rest same thing. now the issue is when i wash then the whole gets bigger. i when to the store within 7days to show them and advise them maybe they must put the alarm somewhere else. this is the treatment i got.
Hello mama ! you want to return the underwear? Me : No i just wanna show you happened when you remove the alarm they damage our clothes. The lady at the shop said But you still returning them unfortunately there's nothing I can do for you. next customer please. REALLY !! i haven't paid my account since that's last month. Sad for days shocked
