Bad attitude displayed
On 22nd November 2015, my mom and I went for shopping at Truworths in Newcastle - Allen street branch. My mom is 59 years and diabetic . While I was busy paying for the clothes, my mom asked to use the restroom. The lady by the name of Amanda who called her self a manager on duty refused her access to the toilet and threaten to report the security guard to whom we made the request to use the toilet.<br> <br> Amanda's behavior was very disrespectful &

She has investigated this matter and whilst you were correctly informed by the manager that the toilet facility in store is not available for public use, she could have handled the matter in a more appropriate manner.
