Bad attitude and SLA for repairs
I went to truworths 6th of January to book my phone for repiars, i was told to bring the phone back with everything as my phone was still under warranty. The lady name Latasha who was helping me had a disgusting attitude and was very rude. Since i didnt have the box of the phone i went back home and asked my mom to take the phone as i was leaving for Johannesburg. The headset was booked in the store on the 15th of January 2015 till today i have not received any update nor feedback with my phone. I called them a week ago and the lady that i spoke to said my mom had to come to store of which she did, still there was no progress or feedback with my phone. Its been 38 working days since ive sent it for repairs or to be checked and havent received any feedback. On the slip for the phone it states that it takes 7-21 working days for a headset to be repaired or to get feedback. I have wanted for more than that and my phone is only 5 months. Now even if it comes back its out of warranty cause its spent a whole month there. Truworths you need to pull your socks up and change your attitude as it sucks....
Thank you for your post and affording us the opportunity to respond.
Upon investigating your complaint, we have liaised with the store in question. It has been established that the MTN consultant has been in contact with you about two weeks ago regarding the warranty slip of the phone. We believe that the matter was discussed further, and that the requested paperwork was supp****.
We believe that the Admin Manager has also been in contact with you recently, and it was confirmed that the phone has in the interim been repaired by MTN, and returned to you. We apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of this matter, but hope that we have adequately addressed your concerns.
Should you have any other queries, kindly contact us directly on *** or e-mail ***.
