bad attitude and service

two weeks ago i returned 3 ****** mary dresses that i had bought ealier in the year at the centurion mall truworths store. A lady manager was called for advice she greeted me with a bad attitude telling me i cant be returning dresses i should have returned them after 3 months. then another manager was called and i was told i will be receiving feedbak as the clothing needs to be taken in and tested if what i am saying is true. i went back to the store and was told that headoffice declined and said that it is just a wear and tear.

if truworths is selling quality clothing like woolworths i should the clothes be a wear and tear in less thatn three months. what Truworths sold me was not quality and i need to be refunded as i believe that clothes should not be expanding after being washed.
